The World Street Workout and Calisthenics Federation (WSWCF) is pleased to officially announce the opening of the bidding process for the 2026 and 2027 World Calisthenics Championship.
This global event represents the pinnacle of competitive calisthenics, bringing together elite athletes, dedicated fans, and worldwide media to celebrate strength, discipline, and community. Hosting the championship is a prestigious opportunity for any city or country that values health, fitness, youth engagement, and international sporting excellence.
We welcome all interested cities and countries to submit their official Host City Bidding Proposal. Applications will be reviewed in accordance with the federation’s established criteria, which include but are not limited to:
All bidding applicants must complete the official bidding proposal form and provide the necessary supporting documentation. Proposals will be carefully evaluated by the WSWCF World Championship Committee. If the submitted bid meets all core requirements and standards, the applicant may be granted the right to host the 2026 World Championship in their respective country or city.
We encourage cities from all regions that are interested in taking part in this global initiative and becoming an integral part of the continued growth and recognition of street workout and calisthenics worldwide, to ensure they have sufficient funding and support, whether from governmental bodies, government-linked companies (GLCs), private sector partners, or other relevant institutions.
