Official Notice: Collection of Information on Participation and Travel Expenses

We would like to inform all athletes regarding the process related to their participation, travel-related expenses following the recent update of the World Championship. At this stage, we are collecting information from affected participants in order to properly assess the situation and determine the appropriate course of action. This process applies only to officially qualified athletes who have earned their place at the World Championship in accordance with the WSWCF rules and regulations.

Athletes who have incurred non-refundable expenses (such as flights or accommodation) are requested to submit the following:

• Proof of payment

• Booking confirmation

• Official confirmation that the booking is non-refundable

All documents must be sent via email to: office@wswcf.org

Submission deadline: 04/04/2026

Please note:

• Only complete submissions will be reviewed

• Incomplete or undocumented claims will not be considered

Further information regarding potential support measures will be communicated after all submissions have been reviewed. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
