Street Workout World Championship 2020 this September is Postponed

Unfortunately the Street Workout World Championship 2020 this September is Postponed due to safety concerns.
It should be noted, earlier when the announcement was made in regard of the World Championship, we were shown a green light by the Moscow Sports Ministry. Whereas, today’s phone call from the Moscow Sports ministry we have been told that it’s not possible for the World Championship to take place in September, due to the second wave of the pandemic.
Having spent the past year preparing for the show with our advisory boards, members, exhibitors, and event partners, we’re genuinely upset and disappointed not to be able to host the World Championship in Moscow 🇷🇺 at this time, because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

We want to thank all our partners, members, National championship organizers and others for their constant support, open discussions and encouragement. As everyone has been reminding us, great things happen when the community comes together and connects every year at the Street Workout World Championship. For this reason, we fully intend to host the Street Workout World Championship 2020 event later, as soon as all the safety measure expectations are met, and traveling is eased for countries which it may be later this year by November or December. Nevertheless, if the situation still remains the same, we will have to cancel this year World championship and start the preparation for the next year World championship 2021, which we will share more information about it in the future.
