I train almost everyday, go hard Monday to Friday, and on weekends something easy like stretching, running, abs session, just to let upper body rest for upcoming week.

Usually I improvise, find what works for my body. Definitely getting a lot of inspiration and ideas from street workout world, some routines, workout plans, then change them to myself.
