How did you get involved in the street workout world?
I’ve always like pull ups, then saw few people doing front lever, back lever, and got exited to learn. After I achieved it, was hungry to learn more and focus a lot on strength training.

I think its fun, challenging, goal oriented sport, always pushing what your body can do.

In very positive way, I feel better, more positive attitude towards people, welcoming, team player.

I really want to get stronger, like achieve OAP’s, Chin Up Heavy Weight (currently 80kg) want to lift 90kg.

How many times do you workout during the week?
I train almost everyday, go hard Monday to Friday, and on weekends something easy like stretching, running, abs session, just to let upper body rest for upcoming week.

Do you have any specific workout plan or you just improvise and do your thing?
Usually I improvise, find what works for my body. Definitely getting a lot of inspiration and ideas from street workout world, some routines, workout plans, then change them to myself.
