How many times do you workout during the week?

Five times in a week. Once a day.

Do you have any specific workout plan or you just improvise and do your thing?

Well for example one day I workout on static movements, and the second basics like push ups, pull ups and dips.. but I improvise every 30 days something new..

Which would be the most complex move you achieved (tell us about the process it took you, to achieve it)?

The straddle planche, well I work hard, but nothing is going on, and one day I just did it. There is no magic or secreat formula, only work, dedication and passion.

Which would be the best experience you had doing street workout?

When I get in Riga on stage in front of all that people.

What inspire or motivate you to keep on doing street workout?

The people who start with street workout because of me. And my friends, family and girlfriend.

Which would be the worst experience you had doing street workout?

When I cant do more than 10 pull ups, after long break.

What do you expect from the street workout community in the next couple of years?

To grow on one bigger level and maybe become an olympic sport.

Can you give an advise for all the people that would like to start doing street workout?

Just listen to your heart. Train what you want and how you want. Your body is your legacy.
