QUESTIONS:
How did you get involved in the street workout world?
I got involved in street workout, working out in the parks in NYC.

Why did you choose to practice street workout?
I Choose street workout because its fun and it is the best natural way to workout and get results.

How is street workout reflected in your life?
Street Workout has affected my life in a positive way. Nothing is impossible and with hard work and consistency success comes through.

What are your short term, mid term and long term goals with street workout?
To inspire many others to workout with your own bodyweight and to also eat healthy. When combining plant base nutrition and street workout the results are amazing.

How many times do you workout during the week?
I workout everyday.

Do you have any specific workout plan or you just improvise and do your thing?
I have no workout plan i just do what feels right in the moment. One of the good things about street workout is that you its not like bodybuilding where you need to follow a routine.

Which would be the most complex move you achieved (tell us about the process it took you, to achieve it)?
Handstand and front lever. Those two moves i say are the hardest and they use energy from your whole body. Once i set my mind in achieving something i do it. I fell in love with handstand and i just practiced it everyday until it was easy for me.

Which would be the best experience you had doing street workout?
The best experience would be hearing others tell me how much i inspire them and how they started street workout through my videos. Also knowing how a lot of my viewers and followers eat healthier after hearing my tips and seeing my meals.

What inspire or motivate you to keep on doing street workout?
My inspiration and motivation are my results. Seeing how my body looks and performing explosive moves keeps me motivated to continue doing street workout.

Which would be the worst experience you had doing street workout?
I haven’t had any bad experience in street workout so won’t say i have had a worst experience.

What do you expect from the street workout community in the next couple of years?
I see street workout community continue to grow. Hope more unity and positivity between groups and other athletes grows as well.

Can you give an advise for all the people that would like to start doing street workout?
For people wanting to start street workout my advice would be not to focus on tricks. Which is one of the things that gets people into street workouts. While tricks and moves look hot and cool. They are just fun to do but not really a workout. For real results and strength focus on the basics such as pull ups, dips, push ups, squats. Make a strong foundation with proper form. Was the strength is there you can play around with tricks.
