How did you get involved in the street workout world?
Watching Hannibal’s video on YT.
Why did you choose to practice street workout?
Because it looked cool!
How is street workout reflected in your life?
It’s reflected in a lot of things! For instance I engage the second gear of my car using false grip ahaha.
What are your short term, mid term and long term goals with street workout?
I simply wanna reach every strength skill! The most advanced moves I’m quite close to reach are the clean full rom one arm dip, Victorian on rings and the “Ares”, a new movement I invented years ago

4 times
Do you have any specific workout plan or you just improvise and do your thing?

Which would be the most complex move you achieved (tell us about the process it took you, to achieve it)?
Mmm there are many, but the Hefesto gave me both problems or satisfaction when training it…I learned it performing half movements, slow negatives and assisted reps with the lastics.
Which would be the best experience you had doing street workout?
Receiving this incredible motivation from a lot of people! Also being in TV, receiving interviews, signing autographs ecc.
What inspire or motivate you to keep on doing street workout?
My goals!
Which would be the worst experience you had doing street workout?
Haters and not being supported by some of my friends
What do you expect from the street workout community in the next couple of years?
I hope they will move towards more strength-based competitions and professional judging.
Can you give an advise for all the people that would like to start doing street workout?
Take your time when learning and improving, follow the basic steps for each exercises without jumping them, but remember: street workout has no limits!!
