QUESTIONS:
How did you get involved in the street workout world?
I was looking for a new sport to start, and a friend of mine had just started practicing calisthenics inspired by hannnibal

Why did you choose to practice street workout?
Because it’s a sport that doesn’t know limits and allows you to do amazing things with your body

How is street workout reflected in your life?
Certainly my life is closely linked to training, in my room I have a bar and rings, I train a lot during the week, surely my life has changed since I started this sport

What are your short term, mid term and long term goals with street workout?
Short term: I have to increase in planche and front lever and learn the impossible
Mid term: I have to increase the number of oap I would get to 10
Long term: So many things that can not be listed, almost all!!

How many times do you workout during the week?
4 – 5 workout in a week

Do you have any specific workout plan or you just improvise and do your thing?
I have a specific workout plan but often in the first half an hour of training I like to play around and have fun to try something

Which would be the most complex move you achieved (tell us about the process it took you, to achieve it)?
Probably the one in gym bar is called entrada de angel, I trained it a lot, every workout I was doing a lot of reps, with assistance and eccentric, and I am now able to run even with 10kg weighted

Which would be the best experience you had doing street workout?
Probably the first swwc, in 2012, see all the people that I had only seen in the video was a great emotion for me

What inspire or motivate you to keep on doing street workout?
The uncontrollable desire to learn new movements and all the videos about the street workout that are daily uploaded on youtube

What do you expect from the street workout community in the next couple of years?
I do not think there is a negative experience regarding the workout maybe some fall from the bar, or some tendonitis or injury

Can you give an advise for all the people that would like to start doing street workout?
Start slowly, without haste, try to improve everything without leaving gaps, if you train with responsibility the results will be amazing
