QUESTIONS:
How did you get involved in the street workout world?
I watch a lot of hannibal for king videos. After I was working out for 6 months alone, i meet my bro Dennis Ratano at the park, where we working out every day.

Why did you choose to practice street workout?
Before i´ve started street workout, i was taking drugs for about 13 years. Just chillin with the „wrong friends“, smoking pot every day and eat more unhealthy. After i saw videos from hannibal, i want to get fit and stay healthy like him, so i changed my whole life. Looking new friends, stop my drug consum and start eat healthy. At the beginning my weight was about 90 – 95 kg, then i lost about 20 kg. At first i can´t do one pull up, but my mind was strong enough to never give up. How we say:“It all started with one pull up.“

How is street workout reflected in your life?
It’s reflected every single move i do. I always want to stay healthy, support the community and help all people around me to get fit and healthy. In my free time i try to do everything to support our group and the communtiy to make this sport bigger.

How many times do you workout during the week?
Normally I working out daily.

Do you have any specific workout plan or you just improvise and do your thing?
The only thing what i do, is to split pull and push. But i think the most important thing is you need listen to your body. The body shows you when its enough or he need a rest.

Which would be the most complex move you achieved (tell us about the process it took you, to achieve it)?
That´s a hard question. I´ve achieved so many hard moves so i can answer this question. But i can say the hardest thing is to put them all in one performance, that it looks nice for the people who don‘t know street workout.

Which would be the best experience you had doing street workout?
I‘ve very good experience, meet so many people, who are all a part of my family and same goals.

What inspire or motivate you to keep on doing street workout?
Progress from my body, motivation which everybody gets from the community and of course to help other people.

Which would be the worst experience you had doing street workout?
No worst experience for me.

What do you expect from the street workout community in the next couple of years?
We grow to one of the biggest sports in the world and show the people how good it is.

Can you give an advise for all the people that would like to start doing street workout?
Dont try the „hard“ moves at the beginning, always do the basic routines (push ups, pull ups, dips and squats) to get stronger to handle those hard moves. Its hard, but never, NEVER give up on your dream..

Share some words to inspire the community:
At the beginning its hard to keep going, but once youre in its hard to stop. Always remember why you start this! You have to do it for yourself.
