I got injured in 2002 and wanted to do something different now that my life changed and I would spend the rest of my life in a wheelchair! So I started searching the web and came across Hannabalforking. Started watching him and said I want to do that. Then I found out about barstarzz and tried out for the team. I love every minute of street workout! It’s amazing!

It’s unique, fun and different! It makes me challenge myself with a disability! It has helped me with my life with a disability!

How is street workout reflected in your life?
In many ways. I my self was inspired and now I inspire people! I want to show people that even though I have a disability and things in life get hard, stay positive and exercise and stay healthy! Street workout has made me stay focus on that vision! Living a healthy life through working out and eating heathy! Street workout is Convenient! You don’t need to spend money and it gets you out into the world! Trying new things!!!

What are your short term, mid term and long term goals with street workout?
My short term goals are to keep working hard every day!
Midterm and long term would be to inspire people and make it to the championship World Cup calisthenics street workout! I want to inspire and show everyone in the world how unique calisthenics and street workout is, no matter WHAT YOUR SITUATION IS!

How many times do you workout during the week?
I workout a lot! If I’m board, I workout! So in a week It can be from a average of one workout a day or three!!

Do you have any specific workout plan or you just improvise and do your thing?
Yes I have a plan, Some days I work on many different things! Some days I try and trigger a pacific muscle! Some days I work on moves, strength or speed! It depends! I love working rings when I get a chance!

Which would be the most complex move you achieved (tell us about the process it took you, to achieve it)?
Wow! With my disability, I am honored to achieve any move I try! I am a t-9 complete paraplegic! I have no movement, feeling or sensation from belly button down!

Being a part of BarStarzz team!!! Working out in Miami!

What inspire or motivate you to keep on doing street workout?
I love it! It’s fun Unique and something I plan on doing until I’m gone!! Hopefully I inspire a lot of people on my way!

Which would be the worst experience you had doing street workout?
When I slept climbing  up a ten foot pole with my wheelchair connected to me and I was sweating, so while I was climbing my hand slept and I feel to ground!

What do you expect from the street workout community in the next couple of years? Hopefully it grows and there are more events! Also I really would like to see more people with disabilities getting involved!!!
