In many ways. I my self was inspired and now I inspire people! I want to show people that even though I have a disability and things in life get hard, stay positive and exercise and stay healthy! Street workout has made me stay focus on that vision! Living a healthy life through working out and eating heathy! Street workout is Convenient! You don’t need to spend money and it gets you out into the world! Trying new things!!!

Yes I have a plan, Some days I work on many different things! Some days I try and trigger a pacific muscle! Some days I work on moves, strength or speed! It depends! I love working rings when I get a chance!
Which would be the most complex move you achieved (tell us about the process it took you, to achieve it)?
Wow! With my disability, I am honored to achieve any move I try! I am a t-9 complete paraplegic! I have no movement, feeling or sensation from belly button down!

When I slept climbing up a ten foot pole with my wheelchair connected to me and I was sweating, so while I was climbing my hand slept and I feel to ground!
