QUESTIONS:
How did you get involved in the street workout world?
It all started for me with a video of Hannibal for King. When i saw that movie one night i knew this was what i wanted to do, I started training by myself and got a few months later in contact with the Bar-monsterz, we trained really hard and one thing let to another and so i got the chance to perform before other people in tournaments.
Why did you choose to practice street workout?
I started Street workout because it looked really cool and it is functional strenght that you build with this sport.
How is street workout reflected in your life?
Street workout got me a lot of good friends and you feel fit , it has all good positive things you need and anyone can do it.
What are your short term, mid term and long term goals with street workout?
On short terms i want to learn the hardest and look for new moves to learn.
And in my hometown theres going to be a calisthenics park build, because of my initiative.
On the long term i want this sport to expand so well see what happends next.
How many times do you workout during the week?
My workout schedule is very unsimilar every week , it depends on the time i have ofcourse. but ill try to do a workout every day if i can.
Do you have any specific workout plan or you just improvise and do your thing?
I dont have a strict schedule but, i try to train every muscle 3 times a week if i can.
Which would be the most complex move you achieved (tell us about the process it took you, to achieve it)?
The most complex move and the hardest so far for me is the full planche, it took me a few months to perfect it , now i like to learn the full planche push ups and make it look easy.
Which would be the best experience you had doing street workout?
The best experience i had with street workout is the competitions. Not to
compete itself but meeting new friends and be part of the family.
What inspire or motivate you to keep on doing street workout?
My biggest motivation are the people around me, Thats my wife and daughter, my team members, the stories everybody has and the love is what keeps me going,
I dont need motivation with this sport itself, i like to say it is not a hobby but .It is a lifestyle, a way of life.
Which would be the worst experience you had doing street workout?
The worst experience is probably a injury i had in my neck. The left muscle in my neck was injured because i was still cold and tryed a oa frontlever.
It took a month to recover.So always warm up haha.
What do you expect from the street workout community in the next couple of years?
I dont know what to expect were this all is going, but i expect that the community is keep groing and the level will go even higher next year.
Can you give an advice for all the people that would like to start doing street workout?
My advise to all people just starting with this great sport is .
Enjoy the workouts and listen to the body , so when your arms are tired the next day then take the rest and eat healthy.
My last comment to the community is ,,Always help other people who wants the help with the workouts and stay positive,, and last but not least enjoy life. SALUTE!

My biggest inspiration in this sport are the athletes young and the elder. It gives me great pleasure to see that all races and both gender can workout togheter and raise there limits sky high. BLESS!
