QUESTIONS:

How did you get involved in the street workout world?
I met some of the guys that today is part of my team and wanted to do what I then thought was impossible.

Why did you choose to practice street workout?
I love working with only my bodyweight, to gain that strength and handle your own weight is a priceless feeling.

How is street workout reflected in your life?
As soon as I started I was stuck. It challenge me to try new things every day and at the same time inspire others to love what they are doing. The street workout family around the world is big and inspirational and I have never felt so inspired by something or someone in my life.

What are your short term, mid term and long term goals with street workout?
Short term is to heal up well from my spine surgery I just did.
Mid time is to gain more strength than ever before so that I can do more and heavy moves.
Long term is to inspire even more than I am today. To teach youths a fun way to live healthy and to go up on stage and compete with my barsisters.

How many times do you workout during the week?
Between 6-9 times a week

Do you have any specific workout plan or you just improvise and do your thing?
I have a ground program that I work with but I listen to my body a lot and change it when I need to.

Which would be the most complex move you achieved (tell us about the process it took you, to achieve it)?
I would say human flag and back lever. I still don’t have the perfect horizontal flag but to cut down (as I do with all moves I’m working on) and understand the anatomic muscles involved and work with them is my secret.

Which would be the best experience you had doing street workout?
My birthday in the park with my team 15th of September last year. It was a big training with lots of new people trying to learn and I loved every moment of that sunny day! I got to train, inspire, get inspired, teach and hang out with my family team Barmafia.

What inspire or motivate you to keep on doing street workout?
My team and barfamily over the world but most of all, myself. I love this sport and live for it.

Which would be the worst experience you had doing street workout?
My back injury I had since I was young that started to hurt more than ever 3 months ago. So now I had the surgery 1 month ago and can’t wait to slowly get back stronger and wiser than ever.

What do you expect from the street workout community in the next couple of years?
I wish that the ladies get to come out even more and we can inspire more girls to start doing street workout.

Can you give an advise for all the people that would like to start doing street workout?
Nothing is impossible and don’t be afraid to start. Everyone started somewhere and use whatever background you have to make it your journey.

<< Limitations only exist if you believe they exist. Don’t do it for anyone else, do it for yourself and do it with your heart.>>
