QUESTIONS:

How did you get involved in the street workout world?
When I was 12, I went to rock-climbing class in my school. There I had to do pull ups, because climbing with weak arms was impossible. Since then I do push ups, pull ups, etc. – street workout.

Why did you choose to practice street workout?
Because I find this easy to do. I’m not in need to spend money for the gym doing street workout. I had great results and that motivated me to become the best in this sport.

How is street workout reflected in your life?
Street workout gave me lot of friends, experience and respect. Because of street workout I started doing powerlifting and bodybuilding successfully. Now I train a group of beginners, I bring them my knowledges and watch them growing.

What are your short term, mid term and long term goals with street workout?
I’m training stamina for new muscle ups record now. This summer I plan visiting different cities, dream to workout in Brooklyn, NY with my Bar-Barians bros, Then I plan gaining mass for a new bodybuilding season.

How many times do you workout during the week?
Usually I train 4-5 times a week + cardio 1-2 times. Now I’m preparing for Men’s Phisique, dieting. So that, I have to workout just everyday 6 times +6 cardios a week. Sunday is a rest day for me on that period of time.

Do you have any specific workout plan or you just improvise and do your thing?
I always try to do something new for my muscles, I try to surprise them. Sometimes hold trainings in crossfit style.

Which would be the most complex move you achieved (tell us about the process it took you, to achieve it)?
I guess the most complex move for me is still muscle-up. I do them since the age of 14. Always improving that.

Which would be the best experience you had doing street workout?
The best experience for me is communicating with my team Bar-Barians on different events. Zef, Jude, Rick motivate me and inspire. I love talking with them, so friendly people.

What inspire or motivate you to keep on doing street workout?
I’m motivated by my bros, beginners I train, cuz I see them growing bigger and stronger.

Which would be the worst experience you had doing street workout?
I don’t have so.

What do you expect from the street workout community in the next couple of years?
I expect it to grow all over the world and popularize sport and healthy lifestyle more wider.
