How did you get involved in the street workout world?
2012 my home city build Street Workout park, and we started working out.

Why did you choose to practice street workout?
Cuz it gived us a whole new freedom to workout and its free.

How is street workout reflected in your life?
If i didn’t start workin out, i don’t know what i can do with my life.

What are your short term, mid term and long term goals with street workout?
Win competitions around the world, make motivational videos, and just travel and enjoy this awesome ”new” sport.

How many times do you workout during the week?
I train every single day.

Do you have any specific workout plan or you just improvise and do your thing?
i have a specific workout plan for everyday, but it’s my secret.

Which would be the most complex move you achieved (tell us about the process it took you, to achieve it)?
Probably CTI (close to impossible) on pull up bar and Imbossible dips on parallel bars. It takes from me a few weeks.

Which would be the best experience you had doing street workout?
Just meet people who are the same as me. Hanging out with them, having some laughs and sharing experiences. I would trade that for anyting in the world.

What inspire or motivate you to keep on doing street workout?
Fans and Bar community. When I every time go to a new competiton and meet new awesome people and friends i get more motivated to be the best i can be.

Which would be the worst experience you had doing street workout?
I didn’t have a bad experience.

What do you expect from the street workout community in the next couple of years?
Sorry I don’t have a answer.

Can you give an advise for all the people that would like to start doing street workout?
Just do it. The beginning is the most important part of the workout. It’s amazing sport, you can find yourself in it, find new friends for life and get fit.
