How did you get involved in the street workout world?
The first time I saw somebody practising street wokout it was Dosel at my neighbourghood park
Why did you choose to practice street workout?
I started because for me is the most natural, healthy and creative sport
How is street workout reflected in your life?
It’s my lifestyle, my routine , my everyday
What are your short term, mid term and long term goals with street workout?
Short term to organize Mulafest, Spain national championship and Workout fest
Mid term to continue trainning hard and make possible to have more places and events to show and practise street workout
Long term to be able to make it my way of live, my job and keep helping people that starts in this world
How many times do you workout during the week?
As much as I can, five at least
Do you have any specific workout plan or you just improvise and do your thing?
Both
Which would be the most complex move you achieved (tell us about the process it took you, to achieve it)?
Straddle planche, it took me around four months to achieve it because my routine is not only based in static moves
Which would be the best experience you had doing street workout?
To travel around the world, to know new places and people and share experiences
What inspire or motivate you to keep on doing street workout?
What motivates me is my desire of being complete and have all the exercises ejecuted in a perfect way
Which would be the worst experience you had doing street workout?
The worst thing that happened to me was my large dorsal muscle damage
What do you expect from the street workout community in the next couple of years?
Much more union from all the groups and teams, I hope people will appreciate and recognize how hard is to practise street workout because it requires a lot of discipline and trainning
Can you give an advise for all the people that would like to start doing street workout?
To be be constant and keep trainning, even when you think that you can’t make it you will see the results very soon
