How did you get involved in the street workout world?
A friend of mine took me to the first Streetworkout Park in Switzerland, where I live and grew up.
Why did you choose to practice street workout?
Because it makes me feel good and it is always a big challenge.
How is street workout reflected in your life?
All day everyday, everywhere.
What are your short term, mid term and long term goals with street workout?
I would like to reach a clean handstand so I’m trying to find more balance. I wanna improve all the things I reached until now.
Long therm: I’m actually working on my Frontlever and Planche.
How many times do you workout during the week?
4 – 5 times a week
Do you have any specific workout plan or you just improvise and do your thing?
I like to listen to my body feeling.
Which would be the most complex move you achieved (tell us about the process it took you, to achieve it)?
Definitely the Muscle up, it is such a hard skill. I needed 6 month to get over the bar but honestly it is still not how I want. Sill not clean, so I working on it…
Which would be the best experience you had doing street workout?
I have met a big family.People with the same passion love it.
What inspire or motivate you to keep on doing street workout?
Obstacles are my motivation, Results are my JOY.
Which would be the worst experience you had doing street workout?
Lucky me, I never had one.
What do you expect from the street workout community in the next couple of years?
To be still a big family and inspiration for others.

EVEN IF YOU START WITH SOME BASIC PUSH UPS,PULL UPS AND DIPS, START TODAY!
