KENGURU PRO STREET WORKOUT WORLD CUP 2016
OFFICIAL COMPETITION REGULATIONS
The following regulations (“Regulations”) of the Kenguru Pro Street Workout World Cup 2016 competitions (“Kenguru Pro World Cup 2016”) have been developed by the World Street Workout & Calisthenics Federation (“Federation”) in cooperation with its member organizations. These Regulations are addressed to the organizations and persons responsible for organization of the individual stages of the Kenguru Pro World Cup 2016 (“Organizers”) and street workout athletes willing to apply and participate (“Applicants”) and actually participating (“Participants”) in any stage of the of the Kenguru Pro World Cup 2016. These Regulations are intended only for the use of the addressees for the purpose of ensuring the Kenguru Pro World Cup 2016. Any use, disclosure or copying of these Regulations in whole or in part not in accordance with their intended purpose is prohibited under the applicable law and requires express previous consent of the Federation.
I. GENERAL TERMS
1.      STAGES AND DATES OF THE KENGURU PRO WORLD CUP 2016

2.    REQUIREMENTS FOR THE NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS
2.1.  It is reasonable to set a limit for the number of Participants taking part in each Stage of the Kenguru Pro World Cup 2016 to be able to organize the event within the time during which viewers are capable of keeping continuous interest in the competition.
2.2.  Therefore, the optimal number of Participants in each Stage of the Kenguru Pro World Cup 2016 is sixteen (16).
2.3.  The maximum number of participants allowed to participate in each Stage of the Kenguru Pro World Cup 2016 is twenty-five (25).
3.    RULES FOR THE SELECTION OF PARTICIPANTS
3.1.  Athletes from all around the world are allowed to apply and participate in any Stage of the Kenguru Pro World Cup 2016. The Applicants must have legal rights to travel and enter the organizing country.
3.2.  In order to maintain interest about the event among local viewers, the Organizers of each Stage have the right to compile at least 30% of the overall number of Participants from the local athletes.
3.3.  For the Stage to be recognized as a valid Stage of the Kenguru Pro World Cup 2016, the number of local athletes participating cannot exceed 80% of the total number of Participants.
3.4.  Local athletes participating in any particular Stage must be chosen by the respective Organizer objectively; the choice must not be based on personal interests, acquaintanceship or any other privileges. It is advisable to substantiate such choice on the results of previous achievements and championships results to ensure participation of the strongest athletes.
3.5.  The Applicants without any previous participation experience in street workout competitions have a chance to apply through a video contest as follows:
3.5.1.     To apply each Applicant has to send a two (2) minutes long video material to the Federation’s e-mail address:office@wswcf.org. The Federation will promptly forward the application to the relevant Organizer.
3.5.2.     The number of Participants selected by video contest per stage of the Kenguru Pro World Cup 2016 is not limited (except as stated otherwise in Clause 2.3. above).
3.5.3.     The Applicants will be chosen by the quality of their performance in their submitted videos, thus giving an opportunity to young, highly talented, but inexperienced athletes to show their abilities in international arena.
3.5.4.     The selected Applicants have to cover their travel and accommodation costs.
3.6.  Other international participants for each individual Stage of the Kenguru Pro World Cup 2016 will be carefully chosen by respective Organizer with the assistance of the Federation, if needed.
3.7.  The choice of Applicants will be primarily based on the recognisability and achievements of athletes; athletes with previous achievements in street workout, as well as those having possibility to financially cover their travel accommodation and other fees (by personal or sponsor’s / supporter’s funding) will be preferred.
4.      REQUIREMENTS FOR THE APPLICATION VIDEOS
4.1.  As the Kenguru Pro World Cup 2016 is being organized with limited resources, the travel, accommodation and other expenses for Participants will not be covered. Taking that into account, in order to attract future financial supporters each Stage of the Kenguru Pro World Cup 2016 must be splendid and luxuriant in terms of athletes’ performance and only the best athletes from around the world may participate.
4.2.  The Organizers and the Federation will not reply to any letters or applications other than the properly composed application videos.
4.3.  The selection of Applicants by application videos is not meant for a simple Participants’ selection, it is meant for giving a chance in each Stage of Kenguru Pro World Cup 2016 to young talents to show what they are capable of. These participants must be strong athletes with serious attitude towards street workout sport, as well as must have financial resources to cover their personal participation expenses.
4.4.  The criteria for the application videos must be followed thoroughly:
4.4.1.     Application video must be two (2) minutes long.
4.4.2.     The video must include static tricks, dynamic tricks and combination of tricks.
4.4.3.     The video must be filmed in one piece and must show continuous performance of the Applicant. It is forbidden to do any video montages and/or compilations of several filmed video pieces.
4.4.4.     The video must be named: “Kenguru Pro Street Workout World Cup 2016 Try-out”.
4.4.5.     The video’s description (commentary) must link to the Federation’s social accounts:

4.5.  Videos that will not correspond to the requirements stated in Clause 4.4.4. will not be assessed at all.
4.6.  Executing all the requirements for application videos does not guarantee for the Applicant a participation in any of the Stages of the Kenguru Pro World Cup 2016. The Organizers will assess each video application, but the final decisions will depend upon the financial abilities of the Organizers.
5.      COVERING OF PARTICIPATION EXPENSES AND RELATED OBLIGATIONS
5.1.  As the Kenguru Pro World Cup 2016 is being organized with limited resources, each Participant, who has covered all his personal participation expenses, has the right to participate in the competition wearing personalized sponsor’s / supporter’s attributes (T-shirts, caps, trousers, etc.); however, it is prohibited to advertise companies operating in alcohol, tobacco or gambling business.
5.2.  The Organizers of each stage of Kenguru Pro World Cup 2016 must suggest inexpensive and comfortable accommodation options in order to ease the Participants’ expenses. All the Participants should have accommodation in the same place, unless a Participant selects another accommodation at his own cost.
5.3.  The Participants, who use the financial aid provided by the Organizer, must participate in the competition wearing T-shirts with logos and advertisements provided by the Organizer for at least 80% of performance time on the stage. The T-shirt can be removed for the purpose of showing the Participant’s body to the viewers, but it is forbidden to wear any other branded attributes or other T-shirts, or place logos or advertisements on body. In the location of the competition while not performing, the Participants can wear any clothing they find comfortable, but without any logos or advertisements (except for logos of each Participant’s team he belongs to). The rules stated in this Clause are applicable to the extent there are no different instructions given to the Participants by the Organizer of the particular Stage.
6.      REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PARTICIPANTS
6.1.  Each Participant must have a valid health insurance (personally paid for or financed by a sponsor / supporter, etc.).
6.2.  Each Participant must take full responsibility for his health condition and is personally liable for his actions and their possible consequences both during competition and free time.
6.3.  If the Participant qualifies for participation in the Super Final, but for any personal reason is unable to arrive to the place of Super Final, his participation will be annulled and, if still practically possible, the vacant place offered to next Participant in reserve list pursuant to Clause 10.2. below. In case of any anticipated absence (whether planned or unplanned) the particular Participant must notify the Federation, the Organizer of the relevant Stage and the Organizer of the Super Final as soon as reasonably possible.
6.4.  Participants who are less than 18 years old must be able to travel alone without a senior companion.
6.5.  The Participants must have at least the basic knowledge of English language to be able to communicate with the Organizers.
7.      RULES OF COMPETITION
7.1.  In any particular Stage each Participant is normally given one (1) qualification round to show his best performance.
7.2.  The order of the Participants will be drawn (selected by lottery) before each Stage of Kenguru Pro World Cup 2016 by the Organizer of the relevant Stage and will be announced at the competition day at least one (1) hour before the beginning of the competition.
7.2.1.     The maximum performance time given for each Participant in qualification round is three (3) minutes.
7.2.2.     After the first round first 10 athletes who received the highest score are qualified to the second round.
7.3.The second round is a “1 vs 1 battle” round. Highest scored athlete in the first round has a battle against the lowest scored athlete in the first round. Five battle pairs – 1st vs 10th, 2nd vs 9th, 3rd vs 8th, 4th vs 7th and 5th vs 6th.
7.3.1.     The maximum performance time given for each Participant in second battle (1 vs 1) round is three (3) minutes that are split in two (2) one and half (1,5) minute attempts by each participant. One by one each of both participants perform twice with one and half (1,5) minute performances, replacing each other non-stop.
7.3.2.     Participant with better result in qualification round have a right to chose who starts 1 vs 1 battle round first.
7.3.3.     During the switch of participants, 10 seconds are allowed for preparation or also can be used to hype up the crowd.
7.4.  The third round is the final “group battle” round of the competition were all five (5) second round battle winners have to perform on one (1) stage together. Each participant will have 2 attempts of 1 minute each to show his best performance. All five athletes perform one after another (5th, 4th, 3rd, 2nd, 1st) using 1 minute each non-stop. And after 10 minutes the third round is finished and final points can be done.
7.4.1.     Participants` attempt order is based on previous round. First participant is winner of first “1 vs 1” battle round, second participant is winner of second “1 vs 1” battle, third participant is winner of third “1 vs 1” battle, fourth participant is winner of fourth “1 vs 1” battle and, finally, fifth participant is winner or fifth “1 vs 1” battle.
7.4.2.     During the switch of participants, 10 seconds are allowed for preparation or also can be used to hype up the crowd.
7.5.  Each Participant may use his own selection of music for the first and (if qualified) for the second round which must be sent to the specifically indicated e-mail address of the Organizer of the particular Stage. The playlist must be submitted to the Organizer at least seven (7) days before the competition to allow the DJ to prepare a playlist. The application must state the name of the song, the name of the artist, the name of the album, the album’s publication year and publisher, the number of the song in the album. At the competition place no submission of musical material will be allowed. Those Participants who will have failed to submit their personalized music selections will perform with a music chosen by the DJ.
7.6.  During the third round, music will be chosen by the DJ.
7.7.  During their performance, the Participants may perform any street workout elements to amaze audience and increase the evaluation.
7.8.  During the performance, each Participant is allowed to use gloves, additional weights, as well as other elements contributing to splendor of the athlete’s performance and make it more attractive for viewers.
7.9.  Only in first round each Participant is allowed to use the help of another Participant for performance of one (1) element, but during the remaining performance time the Participant must be on the stage alone.
7.10.      It is forbidden to perform or use insulting or offensive actions, gestures, and attributes towards other participants, judges, or viewers. It is forbidden to perform elements which involve high risk of serious injury or death of the Participant or other persons.
7.11.      Any offenses concerning national or racial hatred are categorically forbidden.
7.12.      Dress-code. As street workout sport is distinctive from classical or sports gymnastics, the Participants must present themselves not only with a distinctive performance, but also with a distinctive choice of wardrobe. The requirements for the wardrobe are the following:
7.12.1.  Participants must wear closed-toe shoes. Gymnastic shoes are not allowed.
7.12.2.  Participants must wear long trousers or shorts that are not shorter than 5 cm above the knees. Jogging shorts or gymnastic shorts are not allowed.
7.12.3.  Tight-fitting gymnastics shorts are not allowed.
7.12.4.  The Participants are allowed to use special costumes that fit their chosen themes in order to highlight the richness of their performance (e.g. James Bond, Batman, Zorro, etc.).
7.12.5.  Any tight-fitting gymnastic suits are not allowed.
7.13.      In any Stage and in any round of competition any of the winners or Participants may be required to perform a doping test according to the international regulations and requirements of the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA). By taking participation in any Stage of the Kenguru Pro World Cup 2016, the Participants irrevocably agree to take, where appropriate, anti-doping tests.
7.14.      If the results of the anti-doping test are positive, the guilty Participant will be disqualified from participation in official street workout events for a period of two (2) years.
8.      REQUIREMENTS FOR JUDGES AND PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT
8.1.  In each Stage of the Kenguru Pro World Cup 2016, there have to be four (4) judges.
8.2.  The judge must be a person with high morale, objective and shall have no conflicts of interest. Preferably judges must not belong to any street workout team or organization participating in the competition to avoid the risk of biased (non-objective) judging in favour of that team / organization.
8.3.  The 1st, 2nd and 3rd judge(s) under Clauses 8.8.1. to 8.8.3. below must be well recognized and respected persons within the street workout community, who have contributed to organization or development of the street workout sport in their respective countries or internationally. The judges have to be selected according to their real and verifiable contributions (e.g., judge is working with youth, leading or facilitating street workout movement) and not only by their public image created by themselves in the social networks.
8.4.  The 4th judge(s) under Clause 8.6.4. below must be clearly informed that this is an international competition and therefore he cannot give any subjective preferences to local athletes from his side, except if they objectively are better than the foreign athletes participating in the competition.
8.5.  Judges cannot participate in the competition or assist during any performance of any Participant.
8.6.In the first (1) and the third (3) round, each judge will evaluate the performance of each Participant by awarding a mark of “1” to “10” points, but the style judge – a mark of ’’1’’ to ’’5’’ points (the higher mark awarded, the better was the performance).
8.7.In the second (2) round (battle round), each judge will evaluate the performance of both Participants by awarding only one of them with one “1” point, but the style judge with only half (0,5) point.
8.8.Each judge will be responsible for evaluating only one (1) criteria of the Participant’s performance as described below:
8.8.1.     Static elements’ judge. The first (1st) judge shall give marks from “1” to “10” in the first and the third round only for the static elements. In the second round the judge must give one (1) point only for the athlete No. 1 or No. 2 after the battle only for the static elements. If no static elements are performed by participant, the judge must evaluate performance with mark “0”. This judge must be known as specialist in static elements, knowing all details of difficulty of moves.
Static elements are holds and slow-motion power and strength moves, e.g. planche, human flag, front lever, back lever, slow muscle-up, etc.
8.8.2.     Dynamic elements’ judge. The second (2nd) judge shall give marks from “1” to “10” in the first and the third round only for dynamic elements. In the second round the judge must give one (1) point only for the athlete No. 1 or No. 2 after the battle only for dynamic elements. If no dynamic elements are performed by participant, the judge must evaluate performance with mark “0”. This judge must be known as specialist in dynamic elements, knowing all details of difficulty of moves.
Dynamic elements are all other elements, excluding static elements.
8.8.3.     Move combinations’ judge. The third (3rd) judge shall give marks from “1” to “10” in the first and the third round only for combination of moves and elements. In the second round the judge must give one (1) point only for the athlete No. 1 or No. 2 after the battle only for combination of moves and elements. If no combination of moves and elements are performed by participant, judge must evaluate performance with mark “0”. This judge has to be known as a specialist in combinations or experienced in judging street workout freestyle events.
Move combination is the flow of the participant making transition from one element to another element, without stepping off the construction or stopping his routine on the floor. Move combination’s judge must not evaluate any individual static or dynamic moves and their quality.
8.8.4.     Style judge. The fourth (4th) judge shall give marks from “1” to “5’’” in the first and the third round only for style / attraction / choreography and creativity of the Participant. In the second round, the judge must give 0,5 points only for the athlete No. 1 or No. 2 after the battle only for style / attraction / choreography and creativity of the Participant. If no style / attraction / choreography or creativity is performed by participant, the judge must evaluate performance with mark “0”. This judge can be selected from outside of the street workout sport, such as famous local actors, musicians, sportsmen, etc. This judge will represent the interests of the part of the public that has little knowledge about the street workout moves and their difficulty.
8.9.  Each judge must use the full range of marks (points) subject to regulations stated below:
8.9.1.     Neither the 1st, 2nd nor the 3rd judge may give a maximum mark (“10” points) for the Participant’s performance in the first or the third round, if in that round the Participant has made a failure even in one (1) element (whether it is static move, dynamic move or combination), by falling-off the bar or being unable to perform the desired move at the first attempt.
8.9.2.     Any of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd judge(s) who noticed the Participant’s failure must inform each other immediately after the failed Participant has completed his performance in a particular round, in order for the other judges to be able to also take the Participant’s failure into account.
8.9.3.     The Participant can get the maximum of “9” points from each of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd judge(s), if during the performance in the first or the third round he has made only one (1) failure (in any element).
8.9.4.     The Participant can only get the maximum of “8” points from each of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd judge(s), if during the performance in the first or the third round he has made two (2) or more failures (in the same element or in any two or more different elements).
8.10.      In case the Participant ignores the requirements listed in Clause 7. of these Regulations the Participant shall receive “0” points from all judges in that particular round.
8.11.      The judges cannot give final marks for the first round before the last Participant has finished his performance (i.e., before they have seen the performances of all Participants in the first round). The judges must make written notes during the first round, but may give final points only after the first round is completed. This will result in more accurate and objective performance assessment and marks. This rule does not apply to the second round.
8.12.      The marks will be given by each judge to each Participant in the first round and then summed together. At the end of the first round, 10 athletes with the highest sums of points earned will be qualified for the second round (battle round).
8.13.      The marks will be given by each judge to each Participant pair in the second round and then summed together. At the end of each battle, in the second round athlete with the highest sum of points from each participant pair will be qualified for the third round.
8.14.      Points earned in previous rounds before the final round do not matter. The first and the second round is just a qualification for the final round and are not taken into account during the final round. Winners are determined in the final round by the total score of the best 5 athletes; other participants` result is: “Did not qualify for the final”.
8.15.      Before competition, each judge will be handed judging sheets with all the needed requirements in order to facilitate the judges’ work. The necessary amount of the judging sheets will be prepared by the Federation and distributed to the Organizers, during the preparation phase for the particular Stage.
8.16.      Before the competition, all the judges must get acquainted with the regulations of the competition and must confirm their agreement to the regulations with their signature.
8.17.      In case of identical results (equal sum of points earned by two or more Participants) the judges will collegially and democratically decide the winner by presenting constructive arguments.
8.18.      All the marks given by the judges have to be published immediately after compilation of the results.
9.      COMPLAINTS ABOUT JUDGING
9.1.  Complaints will be accepted only in case there is suspicion of dishonest (too high) evaluation, by the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd judge for the benefit of the Participants, who did not present their best performance. Complaints about too low evaluations will not be accepted due to the fact that each judge has the right to give low marks for, in his opinion, inadequate performance.
9.2.  The complaints must be submitted in writing to the designated representative of the Federation no later than one (1) hour after the announcement of the competition results.
9.3.  The complaints will be reviewed, if there will be at least three (3) complaints submitted by at least three (3) different Participants about the same judge. The validity of complaints will be determined by reviewing video materials of performance of the relevant Participants.
9.4.  If the complaint is found to be justified and it is found true that a judge has subjectively given a higher score to a Participant in comparison to others, the particular judge will not be allowed to judge in official street workout competitions organized by the Federation for two (2) years.
9.5.  If the complaint about 1st, 2nd or 3rd judge(s) has led to detection of violation of these Regulations, the results of the competition will not be changed, but only the prohibition of refereeing will be imposed in respect of the particular judge. This will prevent the judges and Organizers from false allegations.
9.6.  If the complaint about 4th judge has led to detection of violation of these Regulations, the points given by him to the particular Participant(s) will be annulled.
10.   CRITERIA FOR SELECTION OF PARTICIPANTS FOR THE SUPER FINAL
10.1.      In each Stage of the Kenguru Pro World Cup 2016 the best one (1) or two (2) Participants, who have obtained the highest scores from the judges, will automatically obtain the right to participate in the Super Final. The number of qualification places allowed in a particular Kenguru Pro World Cup 2016 Stage is stated in Clause 1 above.
10.2.      Depending on the number of qualification places allowed in a particular Kenguru Pro World Cup 2016 Stage, the Participants ranking second (2nd), third (3rd) and further will remain on reserve list and may obtain the right to participate in the Super Final in case any of the selected Participants (or Participants in reserve list before the particular candidate) lose their right under Clause 6.3 above.
10.3.      The Participant who has qualified for the Super Final is entitled to legally participate in the Super Final only after conclusion of the Participation Contract with the Federation.
11.  VIEWERS’ CHOICE AWARD
11.1.      Additionally, there will be a Viewers’ Choice Award (possibly named after the local general sponsor of the particular Stage), as follows:
11.1.1.  The format of the Viewers’ Choice Award will be designed by each Organizer of the particular Stage of the Kenguru Pro Street Workout World Cup 2016 according to individual insights and resources.
11.1.2.  The Viewers’ Choice Award will be awarded to the Participant who has obtained the most viewers’ votes.
11.1.3.  The Viewers’ Choice Award will not affect the judges’ evaluations and it will not grant the Participants the possibility to participate in the Super Final.
11.1.4.  The Viewers’ Choice Award gives the awarded Participant a title that can be used in the further athlete’s career (The Winner of the Viewers’ Choice Award of the Kenguru pro Street Workout World Cup stage 2016).
12.  STREET WORKOUT WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP 2016 IN MOSCOW, RUSSIA, AS THE STAGE OF THE KENGURU PRO WORLD CUP 2016
12.1.      The best three (3) Participants of the Street Workout Freestyle World Championship 2016 in Moscow will obtain the right to participate in the Super Final.
12.2.      Winner of the Street Workout Freestyle World Championship 2016 in Moscow will have travel costs to Super Final covered by Super Final organizers. But the 2nd and 3rd place winners have to cover their travel costs to Super Final themselves.
12.3.      If it turns out that any of the top 3 winners of the Street Workout Freestyle World Championship 2016 has already obtained the right to participate in the Super Final in any of the previous Stages of the Kenguru Pro World Cup 2016, then the right to participate in the Super Final passes to the Participant(s) with the next highest score (4th, 5th, 6th, etc). If any of the top 3 winners of the Street Workout Freestyle World Championship 2016 obtains 1st or 2nd place in any of the further Stages of the Kenguru Pro World Cup 2016 giving right to participate in the Super Final, then the right to qualify for Super Final is granted to the next in rank Participant of the particular Kenguru Pro World Cup 2016 Stage.
12.4.      The competition rules of the World Championship will differ from the competition rules under these Regulations.
13.  BENEFITS OF PARTICIPATING IN THE STAGES OF SW WORLD CUP 2016
13.1.      The best two (2) Participants in each of the preceding Stages of the Kenguru Pro World Cup 2016, as well the best three (3) Participants in the Street Workout World Championship 2016 (which is also considered as an Extra Stage within the Kenguru Pro World Cup 2016), will obtain the right to participate in the Super Final of the Kenguru Pro World Cup 2016. The 2nd place winners from any Stage of Kenguru Pro World Cup 2016, including 2nd and 3rd place winners at the Street Workout World Championship 2016 will have to cover their travel costs to Super Final themselves.
13.2.      The Participant’s expenses directly associated with participation in the Super Final (such as traveling costs) will be covered by the Organizer of the Kenguru Pro World Cup 2016 Super Final. Except for visa fees, insurance costs and other out-of-pocket expenses, which have to be covered by the Participants themselves.
II. SPECIFIC TERMS REGARDING STREET WORKOUT WORLD CUP 2016 SUPER FINAL 
14.  SPECIFIC RULES OF COMPETITION
14.1.      All qualified winners selected in the preceding Kenguru Pro World Cup 2016 Stages, as well in the Street Workout World Championship, will participate in a freestyle street workout battle competition in the Super Final of the Kenguru Pro World Cup 2016. The rules of competition specified in Clauses 7., 8. and 9. of these Regulations are modified and published at least one (1) month before the Super Final.
14.2.      The order of the Participants will be drawn (selected by lottery) by the Federation two (2) weeks before the Super Final in a video, which can be acquired by contacting the Federation coordinator Toms Gelzis, e-mail: toms.gelzis@gmail.com .
15.  SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS FOR JUDGES AND PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT IN THE SUPER FINAL
15.1.      The Organizer of the Super Final will appoint three (3) independent judges, each of whom is well recognized among the street workout community and has contributed to organization and/or development of the street workout sport in his respective country and/or internationally, as the 1st, 2nd and 3rd judge under Clauses 8.8.1. to 8.8.3. above, as well as one (1) judge as the 4th judge under Clauses 8.8.4. above.
15.2.      The rules on submission of complaints about judging specified in Clause 9. of these Regulations are applied also to the Super Final.
16.  GENERAL PRIZE FOR WINNING THE SUPER FINAL
16.1.      Winner of the Super Final will receive a special prize from Kenguru Pro World Cup 2016 general sponsor company Kenguru Pro (www.kengurupro.eu). Prize contains equipment from Kenguru Pro indoor or outdoor catalogue for 5000 EUR.Prize can not be taken in cash. Chosen equipment can be used for a public park named by winner or used only for private needs.
17.  OTHER PROVISIONS
17.1.      The Federation in cooperation with the Organizers of Kenguru Pro World Cup 2016 is entitled to modify or supplement the above stated specific terms regarding Kenguru Pro World Cup 2016 stages and Super Final, if, in the reasonable opinion of the Federation, it becomes necessary or useful based on the observations and experience gained during the earlier Stages of the Kenguru Pro World Cup 2016.
