ABOUT STREET WORKOUT POWER AND STRENGTH WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP 2015 FINAL EVENT
Dear WSWCF members and friends,
WSWCF Chairman visited Curacao island this March where reached agreement with the government officials on organizing the Street Workout Power and Strength World Championship final event on November 15 supported by Curacao Tourism Board. Unfortunately the Curacao Tourism Board did not keep their promises in supporting the event and cancelled it without any explanations. As we understand it might happened because of unstable political situation in this island. Unfortunately it turned out to be too late for changing the location of the super final event, so this year we are forced to organize the Street Workout Power and Strength World Championship and determine the final results only based on online competition. From WSWCF side we have decided to repay judging fees that were collected from existing participants and provide free judging this year just to make the event more affordable for the participants. Online championship will be organized in partnership with Reebok and the winners of the championship in men and women categories will receive:
1) Street Workout Power and Strength World Championship 2015 winner’s title
2) winner packages from the official partner Reebok
3) awards and diplomas
4) publicity on all WSWCF media

Street Workout Power and Strength World Championship 2015
Street Workout Power and Strength World Championship 2015 is online competition which is organized by the World Street Workout and Calisthenics Federation (WSWCF) partnering with Reebok and Kenguru Pro.
Taking part
To take part you must register via the on-line platform www.streetworkout.net. The website contains a video (Challenge), which shows a set of different exercises, as well as their correct execution technique.
The main task of the competition – to perform the required set within a minimum amount of time using the correct technique. Exercises should be done strictly as shown in the example video in the same quality and in the same sequence:

Terms of execution
CLOTHING: The participant must perform the set in a conventional T-shirt. Wearing sweaters or sweatshirts is prohibited because it would impede the proper technique evaluation of the video footage.
Wearing such clothes will lead to annulment of the result.
FOOTWEAR: Footwear is a must.
If a participant does not wear footwear, then the result will not be counted.
Muscle ups
To be done with arms extended, without swinging legs and leg support. In the initial and final position, arms should necessarily be extended!
Jump Squats
The crouch is done with a straight back. The angle in the legs should be not less than 90 °, and straight arms in front of you! The jump should be carried out until the feet are not completely off the floor.
Pull-ups
The grip is performed with palms on top (overhand grip) at shoulder length. Pulling up is done without swinging, swings and leg support. Hanging on the arms extended and up to the moment when the face and chin are above the bar and lower until arms are straight with fixing.
Dips
Pushing up in dips with no swinging, swings and leg support. The angle is not less than 90 ° in the elbows in the lowest pint and the arms are fully extended in the upper-point. Legs are allowed to be bent or straighten do, but not crossed.
Chin ups
The grip is with palms under (underhand grip) at shoulder length. Pulling up is done without swinging, swings and leg support. Hanging on the arms straightened and up to the moment when the face and chin are above the bar and lower until arms extended with fixing.
Push-ups on the floor
Position palms at shoulder length. Push-ups are done with the body straightened, without bending and bent legs, elbows should not press up. Push up until the angle is not less than 90 ° in the elbows and the arms straight at the top.
Leg Raise
Take a vertical position on the bars. Raise your bent knees to the horizontal position and lower legs to the starting position, without swinging and hunched back.
If a participant when executing the exercise was doing wrong (not fully extended arms, crossed legs, the chin not above the horizontal bar, etc.), then penalty seconds will be added as follows.

If a man did the whole set in 5:00:00 minutes, but did incorrectly:
5 push-ups on the floor reps,
5 pull-ups on the bar,
5 jump squats;
His total time after the calculation of penalties will be 6:50:00.
The referee will evaluate each video, and write your result at the end of the video.
Payment for quality refereeing
Since there will be a of participants taking part in the online competition, the referees will have to watch each participant’s video many times, and accurately calculate the results. Each video will be viewed several times to make sure the judgment is correct. This year judging expenses will be covered by WSWCF, but starting from next year judging fee will be applied.
Terms of shooting
To participate in qualifying it is necessary to shoot a high-quality video strictly as shown in the video example.
The set must be shot by the phone / camera at certain perspectives:
The power stand, pull-ups, biceps pull-ups – to shoot at a full-length diagonal.
Jump squats, exercises on the parallel bars, push-ups on the floor – to shoot side on (from the side) full-length.
You must use a stopwatch / electronic clock / mobile phone stopwatch and put it in front of the camera as shown in the example video!

THE RESULT IS RECORDED ACCORDING TO THE STOPWATCH, NOT THE LENGTH OF THE VIDEO!
It is prohibited to use editing and any other software, all recording should be done in real time.
If editing has been used or some part of the video is faulty, the result will not be counted. The same applies, if the shooting was filmed from the wrong angle.
If the participant has selected the wrong camera angle, then reps of the exercise will not be counted (e.g, if it is not possible to see the horizontal bar above the chin when pulling up)
Competition Rules
Qualifications are held form June 15 to October 31.
Participants registered between June 15 to September 15 will receive a bonus of test video refereeing behind closed doors. It means that other participants will not see your video. The referees will judge your performance and point out the performance errors.
Registration and participation in the qualification will be open until October 31
All the videos qualifying from June 15 till October 31 will be closed for viewing, will not be announced until all the final results will be available on November 16. Videos and final results will be open to public access on November 16. It is done with specific purpose – so that no participants make preliminary estimates of their results and those of other participants before the jury announces the final decision.
